Just send us either an email or phone, or even access the contact page. We understand life happens so we can work on a tight deadline inlcuding over nights. As wedding's tend to come only once, so if your in a pickle please reach out we are only a message away

Currently we print and pack MOST orders as they come through, BUT we like to give a current turn around of 2 business days. We do offer customers priority orders, which means they are placed in our vitual que at the front and labeled urgent. We also do make to order some favors, while others are made by my suppliers, whom are also small businesses. We also do offer in person services, and wedding season is practically every season in Australia and dont forget baby showers!
We try our best to do things as quickly as possible, so communication is important. hence the heaps of questions we ask at check out!

We understand that everyone has a budget, time frame, and also their dream wedding. We offer currently, Cash, PayPal, Bank deposit and card payments. We are in the process of looking at buy now pay later options which will be Layby and After pay ONLY at this stage, as we are also a small family business, and fees are taken by us not passed onto the customer/clients.
We also have offered interest free payment plans in the past. If this interests you, please use the contact form and will respond within 6 hours.

I'm sorry to hear that another business has let you down. I understand life happens. We can certainly help. We will have limited Favors to pick from, especially with larger numbers as we don't over stock, and tend to order from our small business suppliers per demand, but we do hold stock, so Pop us a message through our contact page, or a TEXT. We will be able to help with something. If you do need next day/ venue delivery, we can only cater up to FOUR hours from our location. So please understand. Interest free Payment plans cannot cater for these requests as we have unfortunately been scammed before.
